If I were to choose any of them for the "Most Respectable" award, I'd choose Edward. I respect a lot about his character.
The only other characters I'm familiar with of the listed are Harry Potter and Vlad. While Harry is respectable, he's not respectable in any ways I personally value o even care about. Vlad is entertaining and he likes The Killers, but that's about it.
