If a boy taps your shoulder is he flirting with you?

So I was sitting at my scrivania, reception with my friend.Then theres this kid named,Tyler(his height is meduim and he's blond hair) he was pretending to throw a girl's binder on the floor.Amber catches her binder before it touched the ground.Then he walks to where I'm.I thought he was going to THROW MY binder on the ground.So I try to protect my binder.But instead of throwing my binder on the ground.Tyler TAPS on my right shoulder.Then he walks away!I was like WTF DUDE!?.
My Friends saw this too! They thought he was flirting with me!
Oh and this boy ALWAYS tries to make eye contact with me! He sat successivo to me TWICE! Make it 3 times.But then he kept on staring at me.So I was like"It's ok.I'll just leave" So then I sat successivo to my friend instead.
So do U guys think he was flirting with me?

I agree, from my experience it's not usually a sign that he likes you, più like he wants your attention for some reason.
The best thing te could do is say 'what te like me o something' in a jokey way and see if his eyes dart away from you/he blushes/licks his liops/clears his throat o moves uncomfortably in his seat. All those signs are he likes te in some way.
If he doesn't do any of those signs, then no, he doesn't like te he just wants your attention.

Don't take what i say to cuore however, every boy is different, but those are the classic signs.
