But basically, Hetalia Axis Powers - Incapacitalia is an Anime based on history, that has stereotypes, jokes and such. It's quiet amusing!

It's a horrible Anime that "parodies" (and I use that term loosely) and makes a mockery of the events of World War II.

Quite honestly, you're better off watching Transformers Energon. At least THAT Anime has some sort of quality.
