Who invented the internet and When??

I seriously can't find that anywhere! :S

i know it's kinda strange i get stuff like a company and...u know...weird stuff xD

so please help , i really need to know ^_^

I hope that doesn't annoy anybody O:)

YW... and now I find this: the very beginning of internet was in 1969 da group Advanced Research Project Agency (ARPA) in USA... The REAL (as we know it these days) inernet was made on 1st January 1983 - it got a wide attention in 90th years of 20th century ;)
