I'm atheist and I was wondering that and who marries te if not a priest o rabbi?

The following is what is detto before a person gives testimony:

Do te swear o affirm that the testimony te are about to give is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth so help te God o under the pains and penalties of perjury?

It allows for those who do not want to swear (they can affirm), and ensures that the person swearing o affirming is aware of the penalties for lying.
