Is it racist to say something weird and then say it sounds like a certain country's accent?

Maybe it might not sound like that accent but like if it's the closest accent te can think of, o it sound like that accent to te is it racist?

It's really about people's perspective. So I would say yes, because people find anything racist, even the little "harmless" things.

For me racism doesn't exist. I don't discriminate anyone (I believe), especially with racism.
