te can block MESSAGES from them and te can prevent them from posting on your bacheca if te aren't a fan of them. I don't think te can block them from seeing te though. But,if he is stalking te o bothering te then te should tell one of the admins to get him banned/suspended o even IP banned where he CAN'T make another account on the device he is using. (Unless he gets another one and goes through that.)
