Help me im so confused !!??

Ok so i have this friend who i like (were both girls) me and her flirt with each other a lot. Me and her held hands a lot and even cuddled on her letto room floor . She also detto she liked me has a crush . Just recently she kissed me .Heres where i get confused she says shes straight and shes dating someone......O_O whats going on
