Can te get windows 8.1 onto an Acer Aspire One? (For free)

I need to get one note on my net book but it says I need to get windows 8.1.

Well, if te don't have Windows 8 o Windows 7, te probably shouldn't get the latest One Note. I have One Note 2010 right now and its not too bad. It works perfectly for my Vista. The Wikipedia on Acer Aspire One says te can get Windows 7. Doesn't say anything about 8, but any computer should be able to run any OS as long as te have enough memory and stuff like that.

If at all possible avoid Windows 8 like the plague. Stick with Windows 7 if te haven't upgraded yet. If it's too late and te already have Windows 8, just update it on the Windows store.
