Get over it.
...Well, thats what my professor says, he's an introvert but he seems like an extrovert.
His class, te must say something for input in order to get an A. If te don't, te won't get anything over a C. And thats how life usually works. It gives te priority to rid of your social anxiety in a timely matter.
Now my answer...well, first is targeting your issues. Keep a journal and write down all your anxieties. Your feelings, your actions, everything. Don't leave anything out.
After that, I would use false confidence. Whenever you're around people, fake your confidence in yourself. Never say anything bad about yourself even if its false. Don't even think about anything bad about yourself. You're perfect. The instant te say something bad about yourself, I'm going to lose interest in you. Simple as that, screw your drama. Praise yourself whenever te speak out your mind.
After that stage, te should lose your anxiety. You'll think less of how people think about your responses, which is the majority of the problems most people fear.

I think i have a similar problem. On the internet, it's much easier to talk to people dato te have time to think about it, and i'm più open towards my friends. I think the answer is più KNOWING what te have to say, and knowing the idea can be accepted the way te want da those around you. I over-think this and end up extremely quiet, afraid of other peoples' responses. The quickest way, i think, is having something to speak up for. My mom had this problem and it went away when i was born (the something to speak up for). te need a real reason to get over it. I haven't found a reason yet either.

Somewhere along the line te also make a choice, subconsciously, to say something wholeheartedly. It's either wholehearted, o not at all. Most people don't seem to have this problem. And when the time comes where te need to speak up, te have to decide to wholeheartedly otherwise te shut yourself out. Giving yourself a reason is giving yourself a wholehearted determination and when the moment counts, te will speak up.

Have te actually been diagnosed with social anxiety? o no? Just try and spend più time with people to ease your anxiety/shyness. What makes te feel anxious?

I get really nervous when I talk to other people, like always thinking what to say, how to say it, if I should move, where I should look and I just feel so acquired... The biggest problems is spiking up in front of others, like in school when te have to present your project. Although I know everything, I always end up freezing o trembling in fear of who knows what... A problem is also when a teacher askes me something – my cuore start’s to beet faster and my hands get all swetty and I can’t really focus than… And I think it is stopping me from really living. I am practically living in shadows and I think a half of my classmates don’t even know I exist and that’s just because I’m to scared to speak up my mind.

It is just so strange to see all those people talking carelessly in front of the audience, when te stand there hopelessly and just wonder: how do they do it? Why I am so week?

I understand. In reality it's probably not as bad as te think, they probably do know who te are. Just take baby steps - Try starting a conversation with someone over somethink te both like o have in common, going out with your Friends more. The più te branch out, the less you'll get nervous around people. te seem quite nice, I'm sure peoople will like you! (: I hope te suceed in overcoming this! I hope that this helps, because in some ways I'm a lot like you. I'm always afraid I'm doing the wrong thing, get nervous a lot, but it's obviously not so extreme that I end up trembling. Anyways, good luck again!

So while some people say oh go out and try to make Friends and practice talking that can sometimes be to hard and not really productive. I do have social anxiety diagnosed and everything and there are a few things that help me.
1.Don't spend time around people every secondo of everyday try getting some alone time and do somethings that te enjoy.
2.I have some Friends with social anxiety and i helps because they understand that sometimes we need to be left alone and they respect that.
3.If te do have to be in places with a lot of people, like school, and te start to freak out try focusing on something that doesn't bother te like a book o a poster on a wall.
4.As for the speaking in front of your class te can ask te teacher if te can present it just for her they will usually understand.

Hmm... I don't know. Ever since I finally got a job a couple years ago, I haven't felt as... awkward. I mean, I still do, but I begin to not give a fuck after a while.
