Get over it. ...Well, thats what my professor says, he's an introvert but he seems like an extrovert. His class, te must say something for input in order to get an A. If te don't, te won't get anything over a C. And thats how life usually works. It gives te priority to rid of your social anxiety in a timely matter. Now my answer...well, first is targeting your issues. Keep a journal and write down all your anxieties. Your feelings, your actions, everything. Don't leave anything out. After that, I would use false confidence. Whenever you're around people, fake your confidence in yourself. Never say anything bad about yourself even if its false. Don't even think about anything bad about yourself. You're perfect. The instant te say something bad about yourself, I'm going to lose interest in you. Simple as that, screw your drama. Praise yourself whenever te speak out your mind. After that stage, te should lose your anxiety. You'll think less of how people think about your responses, which is the majority of the problems most people fear.
