Ummm. do u know any exercises?

My sister's wedding is approaching in three months and I think I am getting fat...I want to look as fit as ever at her wedding, so can anyone recommend me any easy but effective exercise which I can do regularly?

pasta and white pane are awful, they will definitely put on the pounds. Don't do it.

Also, try to manage your diet in the successivo few months. Eat lots of fresh frutta and vegetables (not tinned), lean meat, brown pane and pulses (lentils, etc). Try to cut down on sweets, Cioccolato and crisps (potato chips, if te are American).

Okay then, maybe consider eating some of the Cibo te eat in fasting in your day-to-day life - all the high energy stuff te need to get through the day. Would that help, do te think? Eat high energy stuff in small portions, maybe?1

On the superiore, in alto of my head, te could go out and ride a bike each day. Don't know if that's an "effective" way to loose calories and weight but if te want easy, it's a good thing to do.
