Anyone know the name of this football/soccer player?

Ok someone in my class did a speech about a calcio player whose nickname(I think, can't exactly remember) was Danny McBeastly, and he moved from Manchester United to Arsenal(or the other way around), and he missed a goal da kicking the ball at the superiore, in alto of the goal net. I get really annoyed when I can't remember things so if te have any idea that would be great. :)
