Has there ever been a person that made it across the US coast to coast in one go?

For example, San Francisco to New York City all in one long trip. Like no sleeping, no hotels, etc., but rest stops, Cibo and drink, and gasoline refuels and such are allowed. Google Maps says it takes 44 hours to get there driving constantly, so one would have to stay awake for at least two whole days to do it.

Genuinely curious to see if anyone's ever did it, and if so, how feasible would that be and what would be the effects on the body afterwards?

Idk if that is feasible honestly. First off te need to be driving on an interstate (to even achieve that time limit) and you're constantly making sure you're not killing yourself o others while driving normally. On superiore, in alto of that driving with sleep deprivation is a death wish. People can't always take driving for 20 hours let alone 44 hours.

If someone did do that. The only after effects I'd presume would be someone(s) death(s) in the worst case scenario o in the best case scenario is not completing the original plan. te still have to sleep at one point o another and if te don't sleep te randomly nod off and hallucinate. So driving 44 hours nonstop via interstate is really insane.
