Is there a reason why fanpop forum seem relegated to mini-games?

Or...I guess the random club forums.
risposte seem più like the place for discussion on Fanpop, however, forum lets te post multiple times (Answers lets te do it under certain buggy steps). sondaggi sometimes have discussion too.
Just kinda curious because one of the most used sites I use now is Gamefaqs, which is a game forum site. I'm very used to talking about games there, answering domande and giving feedback and everything. Sometimes fanpop forum are used for actual discussion, but a lot of times its just mini-games.
Is something about risposte and sondaggi make it seem più discussion friendly than club forums? Does it have something to do with the notifications?

Also I'm posting here because this is a domanda and I'm bored, and I already know the answer to this question, probably, but I'm asking anyways just because.

Roleplaying is popular, so people post them in forums.

The entire site is used for discussion tbh but forum allows for a più organized format for games/activities. That's why the minigames are confined to forums. To be honest the forum are still half-assed compared to other sites.

I always thought that the forum section was always for games and such.
