ARVADA, Colo. – Donovan may seem like your average teen on paper, but he isn’t. At 18, he’s not only exceptional, he’s a survivor.

Just last year, Donovan was diagnosed with having Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which is a cancer of the lymph tissue. He was immediately started on chemotherapy and the treatment took a major toll on him, rendering him “out of commission” for two weeks straight. However, even this did not slow down his life, and he graduated from high school while still enduring chemotherapy.

At the age of 12, he picked up a skateboard for the first time and within a mese won his first competition. People took notice of his raw talent and he soon became the youngest member of the G&S skateboard team. He turned professional at the age of 16, joining the legendary Ohio-based Alien Workshop team and forgoing his senior anno of high school. He reached fourth place at the 1991 World Championships, the first contest he competed in as a professional.

As a teenager, Dyrdek attracted a growing number of sponsors, appeared in pattinare, skate Film and on magazine covers, signature skateboards...

ciao Rob! I jus want to start da sayin that I'm a big fan of your tv shows, what you've accomplished, your clothing, and of course yourself. I'm Scrivere this articolo to let te in on an innovative idea that I just thought of a couple of days ago.
