It's not from an episode. Someone photoshopped it. It's actually taken from a scene in the Sailor Moon S: Hearts in Ice movie, where Usagi & Mamoru (Serena & Darien) kiss. Uranus and Neptune never baciare in the manga o the anime. But I like that someone made this picture anyway. ^_^
