It's not Taka. It's only a fanfiction name made up da an outsider childrens' book writer, while Scar's creators ignored his book, and downright denied it on the commentary track da calling the cub "Fluffy" instead of tieing the book in.
The film makers have never revealed their own official original name for Scar.
scar has no other name but "Scar". There's no official name dato to Scar but a few outsiders who created TLK:SNA libri that dato him the name, "Taka" which is not official to Disney and is completely ignored from the Walt Disney company.
