I have quoted this before. But for Justin being 20 years old he is still young and I don’t think he is mentally mature enough for an actual relationship or even yet a proposal with Selena. Isn’t Selena 22 and 2 years older not that should matter but looking at how Justin has acted and the way he is going out with other girls. Guys he is too young period right now he needs to grow up mentally and emotional and know with in himself that Selena is what he wants. He is not ready for that the writing is on the wall.

Selena seems a lot more mature in some ways. She also seems like a really nice person and people can walk on that. Or she is not in his lead he still plays and acts like a 20 year old. Selena moved on.

Also, how do you know that Justin and Hailey are together? They’re might be just friends. So what if they are in a relationship? At least he’s moving on.
