what are the best places to negozio in France, mainly Paris and Bulougne.

It really depends on what kind of things te want. All the main places are pretty expensive Dior, Gucci and so on. Monmartre is good for arty/vintage things. I've never shopped for clothes in Paris because its too expensive and i've never had the time to find "back alley" places. Of course the Champs-Elysee has almost everything.
