We got to the doctor's office at the hospital without a problem. Alejandro opened the passenger door for me and I got out of his car. He took my hand, leading us into the building. We made our way to the doctor’s office; I signed in and we sat down in a couple of the waiting room seats.
One thing I noticed was that most of the other women there were a lot older than I was. Their stares were disapproving, I could tell. They all thought it: I was a slut, a whore. I knew they thought it. There wasn’t a ring on my finger and I looked my age of eighteen. Their stares dug into me like a knife....
Another couple of weeks came by, along with the middle of my pregnancy. Natale was also nearing. My doctor had to dismay me though; I was still happy about Marisol coming sooner, so this news couldn’t bring me down too much, even if it was pretty bad.
“You’re over halfway done with your pregnancy,” She stated as I was preparing to leave.
“And?” I asked. What was she getting at?
“We’re going to have to have an appointment every two weeks just to make sure that everything is alright.”
“Is this another one of your jokes?”
“No, but we’ll have to take extra care for her polio,”...
“Jose? What are te doing here?” Alejandro asked in surprise.
Jose stepped inoltrare, avanti and I had to admit: He was handsome, but no Alejandro; Alejandro was the only man for me.
“Didn’t Mom tell you? I was sent home while the campus is getting cleaned from a flu outbreak,” I guess he noticed me, “This must be your girlfriend. I never thought that te would have done this well, Al. She’s beautiful,” He stepped over to me, pulling my right hand up and baciare it, “Pleasure to—“
He didn’t have time to finish; I used my hand to slap him before he could. He must’ve been too shocked...
I woke up the successivo morning to the sound of my cell phone ringing. I couldn’t remember getting into the position I was into, which was wrapped in Alejandro’s arms on his bed. I tried to squirm out of his grip, but to no use; he wasn't letting me go. I reached into my pocket and grabbed my cell phone out of it. I put it up to my ear, answered it, and whispered, "Hello?"
"Heather! Where are you?"
Crap! It was my mother!
"What do te mean?"
I was hoping I could convince her that I was home.
"Don't play dumb with me. I know te never came home last night."
The TDWT contestants were just sleeping while I was wide awake. Gwen's head was upside down from the chair, Owen was being a sede, sedile hog as usual, and Izzy was sleeping on his lap. Heather was awake, Leggere "Breaking Dawn". I walked over and sat da her. "Go away creep." "Why should I have to? Try to answer that." "I guess I can't." Heather blushed. "How many pages are te into the book?" "50." she replied. "Marvelous. But te best get some sleep. We have another challenge tomorrow." "I guess I should." Heather fell asleep, as I did the same right beside her.
