That's hard to decide. Their both great in their own way. They both had such amazing and different Scrivere styles and lyrics. I'm going to have to say both. :))
Well, normally I'd hate to pick between them, but I think I'll say Paul. Listening to Revolver, there were so many experimental songs, so unlike what I wanted from the Beatles, but then Paul comes on and sings "Here, There, and Everywhere"...you see what I mean. That's why I'll choose him.
