But, Bonnie and Twill. Their deaths did no real contribution to the books, and I just feel they could've deeloped into wonderful characters if only they had made it to District 13.

When I really, really, quite deeply think about this, the only one i can think of is Prim. Every other death, was, in a way, that character's decision. Sure, Rue didn't choose to die, but would te have rather Katniss and Peeta die? Cinna chose to alter the wedding dress, rather than leaving it alone, and knew he would be punished. Finnick didn't have to stay and fight the mutts. BUt Prim, not yet 13 was tring to help injured children, only to be killed herself. That was out of her control, and so, totally, completly unnessisary... Wish is too shallow of a word for how badly I want Prim back.
