Does anyone know if the Fairview Gas Station (supposedly halfway between Scranton and NYC)really exists? and if so where exactly is it?

Where Jim asked Pam to marry him. Some folks say it is on 80... others are saying 78. let me know.

Basically, it is based on Merrit Parkway on the east coast which they re-built in a Ls Feliz best Buy car park.
