Think of any singer who actually has più of a ("supernaturally") BEAUTIFUL Canto voice?

I mean, MC, the original Phantom, is sooo praised and yes his voice is awesome, but seriously... I personally don't find his voice BEAUTIFUL. Not to mention out-of-this-world beautiful. o any other actor's who I've heard in the role.

I don't believe there really exists anyone who has a supernaturally beautiful voice and so could hit even close to Erik's, but certainly there are those who have actual beauty in their voice più than the stage Phantoms... to me anyway.

This remains an opinion matter, of course.
When I think of beautiful voices, the first coming to mind are Josh Groban and Alejandro Fuentes. Too bad the last mentioned doesn't sing that many songs that do justice to his voice. I wish he perfomed solo, "Hallelujah" from Shrek.

PS. I don't think the two menioned would pull of Erik, but they were examples of what I consider a beautiful Canto voice. :D

The first thing I have ever heard from POTO was The Musica of the night sang da Michael Heath from the highlights CD that was dato me da my mother. I don't know if te like him o not but his interpretation of The Musica of the night gives me similar feelings like those that are told about hearing Erik's voice. I imagine his voice like this (just much better because Erik is the best :) )!
