You can't know for sure, but there is life pratically everywhere! Maybe more or less developted than ours, but it still exists. Same or similar conditions on your planet can be on others too, and creatures close enough to humans.

Scientists are forever changing their minds on how many planets within a certain radius are habitable. As more research continues, the amount tends to increase more than anything. There are likely many planets in this galaxy alone that sustain life, let alone the rest of the galaxies in the universe!
