There's not going to be a new doppelganger. Elena didn't have a baby before turning into a Vampire. I didn't get your domanda though.

As NiazAbedini & clairmxxx already siad, there' won't be another doppelganger, Elena ended her line (if we won't suddenly learn that she has a missing sister o close cousin.). te should explain what te mean with your question, becasue this domanda really isn't clear... Why wouldn't Salvatore brothers be interested in Elena when she'll be even più in Amore with both of them...?

yes once te turn into a vampire your sences are heightened. But that just means that elena human emotions will be ten times stronger. So elena would still feel what she felt when she was human just those feelings would be heightened. The salvatore brothers would still want her.
