‘Vampire Diaries’ Recap: Bonnie’s New Man Revealed — Is It Damon?

We told you that the man Bonnie ends up with will be a familiar face — and tonight we confirmed that! So, is it who you wanted?

is that Lily is literally the worst. Not only do does she have a very strange connection to Elena (Nina Dobrev), but she also brings back the man that killed Stefan’s (Paul Wesley)’s baby.

Enzo may have been in love with Lily — but we had a feeling that wasn’t exactly what Michael Malarkey was talking about after all when he told HollywoodLife.com that his new love story would be “f–king amazing.” (And yes, I called it.) This week, we finally got a flash forward three years to see where Bonnie (Kat Graham) ended up . . . and found out

“It really surprised me who they ended up putting Bonnie with, but I was super stoked,” Kat told

before the episode. “It’s someone that everyone knows and loves, so it’s super fun.” Yes, yes it was. This week, we see that while Bonnie is learning about her life decisions that have consequences, she also has a 

make out with her now boyfriend, Enzo. As for Lily, well this week Enzo 

kill Oscar and give her The Phoenix Stone — but she used it to bring back Julian and picked him over Enzo. (Bonnie would

Lily’s evilness didn’t end there — Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Stefan found out that it was actually Lily who told Kai to put Elena under that spell that put her to sleep and linked her to Bonnie, so it’s no surprise they’re now planning to take her down. As for Julian, well Valerie broke the news to Stefan that she was pregnant and Julian killed their baby — so he’s joining Damon on the destroy Lily/Julian train.

Meanwhile, just when Alaric’s love life was looking up, he found out Jo isn’t actually alive — that’s not really Jo. The stone is a relic with old souls, so well, it’s a different vampire inside her body. Alaric can 

catch a break! But at least we know he ends up with his little girls, right?
