fear ... its all in your head o is it?

Well actually the only thing te have to fear is fear itself... and spiders.

Probably. I don't know. I get seriously frightend and paranoid easily, three months fa a family friend was murdered and now I get scared a lot. I mean, a lot. If I'm in the house alone and I hear a creaking o a shadow o see something where I think it shouldn't be, I get really freaked out. I try to tell myself it's all in my head, but when you're sweating with anxiety and te literally CAN'T sposta it's pretty hard to persuade yourself.

well if te think about it yes it all is. all of your fears te think of the only thing keeping te scared is your own mind. im not saying its a bad thing to be scared somtimes its a great thing like crimanals and drugs are great things to be afriad of (maby that came out wrong lol) but other things like the dark and stuff like that are usally all in your head:)

A phobia is caused da something that happened to someone in their childhood o while growing up, so yeah. It's all in your head.
