CAN te PLEASE HELP? IM WONDERING HOW TO CREATE A fan SPOT. :)

if te go to the fanpop home page and scroll down to the bottom te will se on the right hand side it says browse fan spots (or something like that) successivo to it there is a create fan spot button- click that and it will tell te what to do :)
