As the New Moon Movie is getting closer, and seeing all the set pictures from Italy and Vancouver, and seeing the trailer, alot of people are speculating the differences of the movie and the book.
And, not that I have anything wrong with that, but what I do have a slight problem with is the negativity. The movie has not even reached theatres yet, but there is so much doubt. The minor changes such as: the wardrobe, the gift wrappers not being silver, the baciare in Italy and not in her bedroom, etc. Those are a few examples, but the point is, the movie has not come out yet, so why all the judgments.
The New Moon movie is based on the novel. Surely we expect not every single detail be in the movie. I know alot of the fans, including me, want the movie to be as close to the book as possible. Well, we haven't seen the movie yet have we? So why are we being critical? The book is adapted to tell the story with video/images. We can't have every single deatil in the book. So, maybe they do baciare in Italy. Maybe because the film couldn't spare più time in Bella's bedroom when they arrived to Forks. There's always a reason.
When the trailer was released, there were people who loved it and ones who were unsure. Some of the complaints were that the birthday scene with Jasper was too short. How he was thrown down once? o in the meadow with Bella and Laurent, and she says, "Jake, run?" People complained that it's not supposed to be that way. It's a trailer. The scenes are cut so that we get the gist of what's going to happen in the movie. Actually, it's a teaser trailer. A teaser is to 'tease' people with shots, to draw their curiousity. And, if te didn't like the teaser, fine. There are still teaser #2 and the theatrical trailer left for us to see. :)
So, I wouldn't worry until after we've seen all the trailers and other promotions.
And remember, we have a better and più professional director this time :)

EDWARD'S pisello COAT
''Everybody wants to know where his pisello cappotto came from!'' exclaims the costumer. Unfortunately, it is a one-of-a-kind piece (er, sort of: three to four were made for filming purposes) which Chuck herself crafted after not being able to find the perfect one. ''We needed the right fit, [and] I couldn't find anything in the right shade of gray,'' she recalls. ''Catherine [Hardwicke, the director] is really big on back story for her characters and anything that can help that, even if it's in a texture o color of clothes.'' After considering ''probably 20 swatches,'' Chuck went with one from Mood Fabrics and based her final design on a combination of other styles of pisello coats. In the end, his turned out as ''a classic shape with a modern twist.''

im in the devils playground
dont know anyone round here
i will try to stand my ground
and not let anyone sense my fear
cant confisgate a reality that is based on lies
i will not negociate with my pride
foolish as i was i am no longer that person
yes try to hold my gaze
my will wont lesson
and i am in the devils playground
i have my own toys
i try to not look around
to the erie noise
scrapping nails apon the pavement
and dried blood up on the walls
a smell that so nauseating
i feel i might fall
light headed i cant be
not in this place anyways
i walk further trying to find a way out of this place.
how did i get here where did i go wrong my morbid curisoty
of a unrealistic song.driven to a brink thats almost sickning
i cant find myself.a way out of the devils playground. my own personal hell
