"I wonder how many Friends I will make! Like te and Aunt Alice, and Aunt Rose, and Uncle Emmett and Uncle Jasper and Daddy are all friends. Oh, and Aunt Angela and Ben." I was smiling down at Alicen as she ran throught clothes racks at Carter's. "Mommy." She stopped infront of me.
"Yes?" I looked down at her.
"Do te think the other girls and boys will like me? What if they call me names o make fun of me." She hung her head.
I bent down to her eye level and tucked a few curls behind her ear. "Why would te think that?" I asked.
She shrugged her shoulders. "I dunno'."
I ran my hand down her cheek and smiled heartedly. "They are going to Amore you, Sin. You're the funniest, nicest, most friendly little girl in the history of funny, nice, friendly little girls."
She smiled mostrare her crooked front tooth. Front, superiore, in alto right tooth. Her first lose tooth.
"Now, how about we find te some new clothes?" Shopping always seemed to calm her nerves. Sooooo like Alice.
"Yeah!"
Two hours later we were pulling into the condo garage, Alicen fast asleep in her boosterseat. Edward was waiting at the elevator to help me out. He carefully unbuckled Sin and laid her against his chest where she nestled her face in his neck. "Hi." He smiled and quickly kissed me.
"Hi." I smiled and grabbed the three full bags of Alicen's new clothes.
"How did it go?" He pushed the button and the doors dinged, signaling for us to load.
"Great. She's just like your sisters when it comes to shopping though." I huffed.
He laughed and pushed our floor number. "Was she good?"
"Yeah." I smiled. "She's always good when we are out around people. It's her mask. So sweet and nice. Then te get her home and it's a spinning head." I laughed.
Edward laughed behind me as I walked down the hall to our door. "She head doesn't spin." He chuckled. "It comes completly off."
After all Alicen's clothes were washed and folded/hung up, Edward and I relaxed on the divano while Alicen finished her nap.
"I'm worried, Edward." I confessed.
"About what?" He looked down at me.
I lifted my head from his chest and let my eyes drift to our interlocked hands. "She's worried the other kids won't like her o that they will make fun of her."
"That's not possible. Everybody likes Alicen."
"I just hope she makes Friends faster than I did. I didn't have Friends untill I was in fourth grade, when Angela moved to Forks. Then te guys showed up and te all and Ang were all I needed. But I had to spend four years thinking I would never have any friends."
Edward lifted my head and placed a baciare on my mouth. "Well, I'm glad te had never made any other Friends before us. Then te would have met another guy and had a baby girl with him and be inlove with him."
I giggled and shook my head. "I would have found te eventually Edward. There is no one else for me." I smiled.
He kissed me again. "I Amore you."
"I Amore you." I smiled and rested my head against his chests again.
"Got your lunch?" Edward asked as we were standing infront of the car at Alicen's new school.
"Yup." She smiled and held up her Hello Kitty lunch box.
"Kay'." Edward picked her up and hugged her tight. "Have fun at school okay? Be a big girl."
He kissed her head and set her down.
"Bye, Mommy." She jumped into my arms and wrapped her arms around my neck.
"Bye, Baby." I whispered. "I Amore you."
"Love te to, Mommy." She kissed my cheek and I smiled as I put her down.
The campana, bell rang and all the kids stared to run into the building.
"Bye, Mommy! Bye, Daddy!" She yeld one più time before she ran and blended in with the sea of blue, white, and cachi, kaki uniforms.
I didn't know tears had escaped untill Edward was wiping them away with his thumbs.
I laughed at myself and siffed. "Thanks. What do te say we go get breakfast?"
"I say we do." He smiled and walked around to the drivers side after opening and closing my door for me.

"And then Mrs. Melony saw him and made him sit in time out. I told Andrew not to stick the lincoln logs up his nose, but he did it anyway. Now there was boogers on them and Mrs. Melony had to wash them." She was kicking her feet back and forth and stuffing her face with mashed potatoes.
"Did te make any new friends?" Edward asked her.
She smiled. "Her name is Stella and she has a baby sister named Brooklyn. She says that she can't play with her yet because she's just a baby and doesn't even have any teeth like old people."
"Did te tell her that Aunt Alice was having a baby." I asked.
"Yeah. She detto it was cool. Then we swinged."
I looked at Edward and stiffled a laughed. It was silent for a moment, then Alicen gasped and had a huge smile on her face. "I have an idea!"
"And what would that be?" Edward asked taking gulps of his tea.
"You and Mommy can buy me a baby sister!"
I dropped my fork on the floor and Edward nearly spit his drink out in his plate.
She still had the googly smile on her face. "Um, te can't just buy a baby, Alicen." I told her.
"Why not?" She asked.
"Because te can't sell babies. The baby has to grow Mommy's belly." I explained.
"How come te can't make one grow?"
"Well..." I looked at Edward. "Your daddy knows."
He shot me a look and I sent one in return.
"Why Daddy?" She asked.
"Well...because...Daddy has to say it's okay." He looked at me and shrugged. I couldn't help but laugh at this whole thing.
"Well...say it's okay!" She crossed her arms.
"Alicen." He sighed. He used his tone of voice that left her know the conversation was over.
She jumped out of her chair and stomped up to her room. "You don't Amore me because te don't want me to have a baby sister!" And she slammed her door.
"Wow." Edward's eyes were wide.
I started to laugh uncontrollably and had to lean back in my chair.
"That wasn't funny." Edward was trying to be stern but his voice shook with his own laugher.
Once we had both calmed down and had the cucina cleaned up was sat back down on the divano and waiting untill Alicen's heat wave passed.
"You know," Edward pulled me closer. "I might not mind haveing another."
"Another what?" I asked.
"Baby."
"Yes?" I looked down at her.
"Do te think the other girls and boys will like me? What if they call me names o make fun of me." She hung her head.
