Any tips o consigli for a first timer?

I'm going to WDW soon for the very first time which is my dream vacation. Does anyone have any tips o consigli for this newbie? I'll be going in January and we are only getting a 3 giorno pass so we are only visiting MK, HS, and AK. That's all the info I have.
