Robin Williams is one of the most popolare comedians of all time. In addition to that, he became famous for his impressive recitazione career. I greatly admired Robin Williams and his death was a hard thing for me to cope with. Thankfully, his powerful legacy continues to live on in the hearts of millions of fans. In order to honor Robin Williams, I have this articolo to go over my preferito films that he appeared in.

Mrs. Doubtfire

Robin's role in the film: Daniel Hillard

In this film, Daniel Hillard is a dad who gets along well with his kids but has a falling out with his wife. In order to keep seeing his kids, Daniel pretends to be Mrs. Doubtfire, an elderly woman who serves as a babysitter for the kids. Most comedy films about crossdressing don't hold up well, but this film focuses piΓΉ on genuine sentiment and clever Scrivere than lowbrow jokes about crossdressing.

Flubber

Robin's role in the film: Professor Philip Brainard

This film served as a remake of The Absent-Minded Professor, a film in which an eccentric professor invents a very peculiar creation known as Flubber. Remakes don't exactly have the best track record, but Robin Williams proved himself to be capable of making a remake work. His unique charm and comedic attributes helped make this remake to be even better than the original.

Death to Smoochy

Robin's role in the film: Randolph Smiley

In this film, Randolph Smiley is the stella, star of a kids mostra that gets fired for his shadiness. When a new host is brought on, Randolph attempts to get the new host fired. This dark comedy, which was directed da Danny DeVito, may not be as uplifting and sweet as most of these other films. However, it has a dark charm to it. Also, the film's ending sequence, which has Robin Williams performing an amazing dance routine, is one of my all-time preferito Robin Williams scenes. Even though it comes from a dark comedy, it's a genuinely sweet scene that has brought me lots of joy over the years.

Patch Adams

Robin's role in the film: Patch Adams

This film, which was based on a true story, focuses on the career of Patch Adams. Patch Adams is a doctor that had a very unique personality and way of acting. People have their doubts about his capability to do his job, but Patch Adams turns out to be a doctor with a lot of talent and heart. Robin's performance in this film is both very entertaining and very emotional. Also, this film has Robin share scenes with the great Philip Seymour Hoffman.

Old Dogs

Robin's role in the film: Daniel Rayburn

In this film, Dan Rayburn is a businessman who is surprised to find out that he has two kids. It's up to him and his business partner, Charlie Reed, to look after the kids while the mom is temporarily imprisoned. Dan has to balance his work duties with his new duties as a father. As to be expected, Robin Williams is both very funny and sweet in this film.

The Big Wedding

Robin's role in the film: Father Bill Moinighan

In this film, Robert De Niro and Diane Keaton play a set of divorced parents. Robert De Niro's character is in a relationship with Susan Sarandon, but through a series of circumstances, he has to pretend to still be married to Diane Keaton. Robin Williams has a supporting role as the priest. His playful personality balances off greatly with De Niro's comedic anger. This film is proof that even with a lack of screentime, Robin Williams can always steal the show.

Night at the Museum trilogy

Robin's role in the trilogy: Theodore Roosevelt

The Night at the Museum films focus on Larry Daley, a nightguard who works at a museum where the exhibits come alive at night. The trilogy features several iconic performers who all give enjoyable performances. However, the best performance comes from Robin Williams as Theodore Roosevelt. Robin's blend of funny comedy and genuine sentimentality perfectly fit the tone of these films. Robin finished working on the third film shortly before he died. The film ended up coming out after his death, so the film was dedicated in his memory. Seeing Larry have to share a heartfelt goodbye to Theodore ended up being even piΓΉ tender and emotional than initially planned because of that. The third film was a great end to the trilogy, but most importantly, it served as a heartfelt tribute to one of the greatest actors of all time.

When it comes to actors who have played Batman the most, Adam West easily wins. However, when it comes to actors who have voiced Batman the most, Kevin Conroy is the one who has that honor.

Kevin Conroy started voicing Batman in 1992's Batman: The Animated Series. Before then, Kevin Conroy had been a stage actor that was known for playing Hamlet. Voicing Batman ended up being the thing that made Kevin Conroy's recitazione career such a big success. Batman: The Animated Series had over eighty episodes. In addition to that, the mostra had a film in 1993 that was called Mask of the Phantasm.

When it comes to fictional villains, the Joker might be the most iconic of them all. He has been causing mischief in the comics since 1940. He's also caused his own brand of trouble in various shows. Since Batman has been in several films, Joker has been in quite a few films. In fact, some fan think he overshadows the other villains.

The Joker was originally supposed to be in the 1943 Batman movie serial. J. Carrol Naish was almost the first actor to play the Joker. However, in order to fit the movie's war theme, they used an original villain that was named Dr. Daka.

Cesar Romero played the...

Since I did an articolo for Penguin's Televisione actors, it seems only fitting that I do an articolo for Penguin's film actors. Like in the comics and shows, pinguino is a major character in the films.

Burgess Meredith played the pinguino in Batman: The Movie. In the film, pinguino was the leader of the villains.

Danny DeVito played the pinguino in Batman Returns. This film reinvented pinguino as having a much different appearance, including a creepier face and flippers for hands. For Penguin's eightieth anniversary, Danny DeVito wrote a comic about Penguin.

David Ogden Stiers voiced the pinguino in...

Oswald chesterfield Cobblepot, better known as the Penguin, has been one of Batman's most iconic enemies for decades. In the comics, he quickly became Batman's secondo arch-rival. Penguin's level of importance to the Batman franchise continued when pinguino became one of the main villains of the original Batman series. Since then, pinguino had waddled his way to fame and fortune as one of Gotham's smartest villains.

Burgess Meredith became the first actor to ever play the Penguin. He played pinguino in the 1966 Batman series and movie. He was one of the few villains to appear in all three seasons...

I had previously done an articolo about Superman's TV actors. Danilo daydreamer505 gave me the idea to make an articolo for Superman's films actors.

Kirk Alyn became the first actor to play Superman in a film. He played Superman in the Superman and Atom Man vs. Superman movie serials. At the time, they wanted to keep the illusion that Superman was real. Instead of Kirk Alyn being credited, Superman was credited as playing himself. Kirk Alyn had a cameo as Lois Lane's father in the first Chrisopher Reeve Superman film.

George Reeves played Superman in Superman and the talpa Men.

Christopher Reeve...

Superman is one of the most iconic and important superheroes of all time. Because of that, he's had several Televisione shows. This articolo is for highlighting all of the talented actors that have played Superman on the small screen.

George Reeves became the first actor to ever play a DC superhero in the Adventures of Superman Televisione series. Before playing Superman on the small screen, he had played Superman on the big screen in the Superman and the talpa Men...

The Riddler is one of Batman's most popolare villains. Although he first appeared in the comics, his true popularity came from the Televisione series. Because of that show, he quickly became one of Batman's most iconic enemies.

Frank Gorshin became the first actor to play the Riddler. He played the Riddler in seasons one and three of the original Batman Televisione series. He also played the Riddler in the Legends of the Superheroes TV special.

Due to Frank Gorshin being unavailable, John Astin played the Riddler in the secondo season of the Batman Televisione series.

Ted Knight voiced the Riddler...
