Another articolo on....nothing actually!
I was in a room of mirrors. In each one of the mirrors, there was, not my reflection... But the reflections of the ones close to me.
"Useless." Infinity said.
"Failure!" Ciel yelled. My eyes watered.
"Worthless." Silver muttered, glaring.
"Nothing better than a scientist!" Harley yelled.
"Scum!" Blade snapped at me, her eyes yellow with rage, and her teeth shifted into a point. Tears streamed down my face. Devin did nothing but give a menacing glare.
"Sissy....not my sissy anymore." Lexi stated, glaring.
"Disgrace." Fang muttered, and scowled at me.
"N-No! Im not!" I yelled at the reflection of Fang. He grinned.
"You know te are." He detto calmly.
"I-Im not!" I yelled.
"And te know this...how?" He asked calmly.
I snapped up and gasped. I looked over at Ciel, who was sleeping. I looked around, the mirrors were gone, I was in Ciel and my own room. My lower lip quivered, tears started streaming silently down my face. I swung my legs over the letto side, and slipped off the bed, into a crouching postion. I crawled over to Ciel's bed, and climbed onto it. Ciel stirred and sat up, rubbing his eyes.
"Mel?" He whispered, proping himself up on his elbow. I didnt answer, but I looked at him, tears streaming down my face.
"Mel..." He whispered, and sat up, pulling me into his lap. I sobbed, I felt stupid, being so vulnerable. Ciel wrapped his arms around me, and I snuggled into his chest, tears now streaming down his bare chest. He stroked my hair, whispering.
"It was just a nightmare...your okay now..." He detto reasuringly. I hated being this vulnerable. I hadnt told him, o anyone actually, what the nightmare was about. When my sobbing finally stopped, Ciel rubbed the spot in between my wings, it made me relax. I was breathing heavily, and raggedly. Ciel stroked my hair one last time, and pulled away.
"Your okay. Nothing's going to happen. Promise." He promised. A promise. Ciel doesnt normaly promise. I nodded, and was laid back. I curled up. Ciel laid back down on his side. I cuddled up successivo to him, and the covers were pulled over us. I closed my eyes, and quickly, drifted off into my world of sleep....
