what do te do if both players run out of cards in their hands but have cards in their deck?

um....... wait till your turn and DRAW of couse o take the ones from your field

te can use abilities from monsters, o some certain cards in your graveyard, o te can use the cards te already have out on the field but other then that you'd have to pass and then draw from your deck on your successivo turn.
