Does anyone here still play Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship Tournament 2004?

I can seem to unlock Joey. I have beaten "Weevil Underpants" 13 times and I still cannot unlock the Jinzo Booster Pack that let's te get the card to unlock Joey Wheeler. Is my game glitched? What's up? ._.

I eventually had to erase it and restart. My awesome deck has been Lost to the Shadow Realm. :|
