Are people with Alice haircuts Alice wannabes?

I was at Elicat city during Natale and these girls had long blonde hair and blue eyes.The successivo giorno they came back with dark red-brown short hair and black contact lenses in.They were even wearing costumes to be Alice!Those are Alice wannabes.Are te an Alice wannabe if te just have her haircut?
