***Lilly's pov***
I woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed. I couldn't wait for my data today. I walked over to Kate and poked her tummy to try to wake her up. After a couple pokes, she finally woke up. I watched her yawn. "Cmon Kate get up already"! Kate yawned once more. "Ok Lilly I'm awake. What's the rush"? I gave her a -your kidding me- look. She looked confused. " what is it Lilly"? "My date! I can't be late"! Kate giggled. "Lilly te have plenty of time, don't worry". I relaxed a bit. "Ok Kate you're right". Kate laughed. "Of course I'm right"! We both laughed. We decided that I should go freshen up, so Kate and I walked down to the lake and washed up. When we were done we walked back to the tana, den and Kate brushed my pelliccia and found a sweet smelling fiore and placed it behind my ear. "There! All done! My pretty little omega all ready for her big date". She smiled at me and i smiled back. "Now, let's go get your stud shall we"? I looked at Kate nerviously. "Kate"? Kate looked at me. "Hmm"? "Kate, what if he doesn't like me"? Kate laughed. "Kate! I'm serious"! I lowered my voice. Kate walked over to me and sat. I looked down at my paws. Kate wrapped her arm around me and I looked at her. "Cmon Lilly, I have to mostra te something". I tried to ask where but Kate put her paw around my mouth and led me outside. After a few minuti of walking we got to a slow moving stream. "Lilly, look". I looked at my reflection. I jaw to admit, I looked pretty Damn good. I saw Kate walk behind me in the reflection. "Now what's not to like about that? If he doesn't like you, he must be blind". We both laughed a little and I hugged Kate. "Thanks for everything Kate". "No problem....now go get 'em kid". We broke the hug and I walked off towards where we were supposed to meet. The birds seemed to follow me through the forest, Canto their songs. I got to the spot and sat down. "Now where could he be"? I waited, sitting straight like how Kate does. minuti passed. The sun slowly crept behind the horizon and left behind a purple sky with arancia, arancio clouds. I sighed and began to slouch. Ten minuti have gone by...I think. Before I knew it I was lying down. The sun, now completely gone took all of its warmth along with it. I shivered and got up. I started making my way back to my tana, den very slowly. Once I got to my tana, den I found ate smiling ear to ear and wagging her tail. "So how was it"? Completely embarrassed that I got stood up I detto "He was blind". Kate lowered her ears and walked up to comfort me. "Im sorry Lilly". I nodded and lied down in the back of my den. "He stood te up didn't he"? I nodded. Kate stomped on the floor. "How did te know that I got stood up"? "Lilly, there is NO way in hell that any guy could resist te right now. Looks like I'm gong to teach someone a lesson". Kate turned and stormed out of my den.
