*Air Raid Siren* *Gunshots* *People Screaming* *Infected screech*
"Shit...Shit...Shit..." Sora kept saying to himself. He turned his head back and saw about 10 infected running after him. He continued to run... that was the only thing he could do... he had to conserve ammo. "Damn...Left 4 Dead made this look fun." he detto to himself. The infected screeched as he continued to run.
Meanwhile in Jasper Park, not to far off, the pack was celebrating their union. Kate and Humphrey were finally howling together for the first time in the pack as well as Garth and lilly. Winston and Eve watched their two daughters as it reminded them of their first time howling. "We do make a good howling team." Kate detto to her new mate. "Hell yeah we do!" Humphrey added. "Hey sweetie, why dont we ditch this place and go on a walk, just te and me?" Kate detto in a romantinc, arousing, tone. "Ohhhh I like where this is goin!" Humphrey chuckled. "Not that silly, save it for the honeymoon!" Kate said, knocking him in the head. They slipped into the darkness of the night and began to walk down the trail. "So Humphrey, how long have te loved me?" Kate detto with curiousity. Humphrey, flushing deep red, said, "Ever since I layed eyes on te for the first time." "Awww I Amore you!" kate detto as she kised humphrey, open mouth. "Woah..." Humphrey said, not believing what had just happend.
They walked down even further when they heard footsteps, running.
"What the hell?" Kate asked. Their were gun shots and screeches in the distance. "Lets go check it out." Kate said. "Yeah." Humphery added. They rand towards the gunshots and screeches that had ceased for awhile. Thats when they found Sora. Sora was sitting with an M-16/shotgun, against a tree. He needed to sleep, but he knew that would most likely not happen.
"Is that a human?" Humphrey asked. "Yeah, we need to be careful, he has a gun of some kind." Kate said. "Hunter?" Humphrey asked. "I dont know!" Kate whispered loudly. Sora heard her and called. "Hello? is anyone there?" "Uhhhh hello?" kate called back. "KATE! Are te crazy!?" Humphrey cried. "Could te come out please, so I can see you?" Sora called. "Depends, will te not shoot us?" Kate called back. "No, I wont shoot, just come on out." Sora detto in a friendly voice. Kate and humphrey jumped out of the bush. Sora then panicked and reached for his gun. "HEY! te detto te WOULD NOT SHOOT!!!" Kate cried. Sora looked at Kate in disbelief. "You can talk?" Sora asked. "Duh, who do te think was talkin to ya?" Kate joked. "Um, another human." Sora replied. "Anyway, sorry." Kate smiled. "Oh dont worry about it, I figured te would be suprised." Kate replied. "Anyway, Im sora." Sora said. "Im kate, this is my mate Humphrey." Kate introduced. "Hey there sora." Humphrey said, still a little nervous looking at his gun. "Dont worry, I dont hurt wolves, I Amore Lupi actually." Sora said. "Hey te look kinda tired, wanna come and meet my pack?" Kate asked. "Uhhh sure, do te think they will mind?" Sora asked. "Nah, well, maybe my mom, but she will learn to like you." Kate said. "Well Ok then." Sora detto as he put his gun over his shoulder and the three Friends walked back to the dens....
After a while of talking and getting to know Sora, it turns out he works for the CIA and the American government. "Wow a agent!" Humphrey said, "thats pretty badass." "Heh, thanks Humphrey. I try to do my best at protecting." Sora smiled. "So what are te doing in Jasper?" Kate asked. Sora was about to tell them about rage but he had not seen any infected for a while and did not want to scare them. "Oh just visiting a friend in the Army who is stationed here." he explained.
When they got to Winston and Eve's cave. they had sora sit outside. "Wait here with Humphrey." Kate said. Sora nodded and placed his M-16/master key on the rock successivo to him. "Mom? Dad?" Kate called. "Yes dear?" Eve responded. "Could te and dad come outside and meet somone? Hes very nice and friendly." Kate detto with a nervous tone. "Oh, sure sweetie." Winston replied. "Wait, the thing is that he is not a wolf... he's a..." "HUMAN!" hutch cried. "Uh-oh." kate gulped. "Stay here kate." Eve ordered. "MOM DONT! Hes the friend I was telling te about!" Kate screamed. They ran outside to see sora surrounded da the whole pack. "Uhhh kate.... a little help!" Sora cried. "ENOUGH!" Winston roared. All the pack stopped and looked at winston. "Sir, a human has trespassed on our land, should we kill him at once?" Hutch asked. Winston looked at sora for a second. "No, he is friendly, I can tell. My daughter brought him here." Winston explained. "Yes dad, he is very nice. His name is sora and is works for the U.S. Government." Kate explained. "He protects others."
"I see..." Winston detto in an amusing tone. "Its true sir, I mean no harm to your pack. I am here to help." Sora detto with a smile. With that, the other Lupi backed off. "He would make a great omega." Humphrey added. "Thanks bud, that sounds like fun." Sora said. "Well sora, for now, welcome to the pack." Winston detto with a smile. "Thank you... I will do all I can to prote-" Sora was interrupted da a scream. The pack turned around to see Lilly, running, without garth. "MOM! DAD!" Lilly cried, she had a paw over a huge bleeding wound. "LILLY!" Eve cried. Sora had a VERY bad feeling about this. "It cant be here can it?" he detto to himself. Kate, Humphrey, Sora, Winston, Eve, and Lilly went into the den. "Lay her down here." Sora ordered. "Why?" Kate asked. "Just fucking do it im a medic!" Sora cried. Lilly was crying hard. Sora got down at her level. "Lilly, dont be afraid, let me see the wound." Sora detto in a soft voice. Lilly stopped crying enough to get some words out. "It was horrible...he killed garth..." She choked. "Who?" Eve asked. "He was a human.. and after he killed garth... he came after me... I ran and... and..." Lilly began to panic. "What, tell us!" Humphrey detto to his friend. "He bit me..." Lilly cried. Sora's cuore stopped. As he looked at the wound... it was a human bite mark. She was infected.
"Guys, can I talk to te about something..." Sora detto in utter fear. The Lupi gathered around him. "Listen, we do not have time at all, im sorry but we have to kill her." Sora detto trembleing. They all stood back in shock and anger. "DONT te DARE TOUCH HER!" Winston growled. "Listen to me please, shes infected. We have to kill her!" Sora cried. "INFECTED WITH WHAT!?" Kate cried. "Rage..." Sora muttered pointing towards Lilly. Lilly was on all fours and here beutiful purple eyes were replaced with blood red eyes. "Oh god. Just let me fucking kill her!" Sora whipped out a pistol but it was too late. She caught sight of Winston and lept without warning. "LILLY GET OFF OF ME!" He cried. "DAD!" Kate screamed. "Winston!" Eve cried in tears. She bit winston and vomited blood in his eyes. Winston screamed as he began twitching and going insane. "RUN!" Sora cried. Kate and Humphrey darted out of the cave. Sora followed behind them. "EVERYBODY RUN AND HIDE!" Sora cried. The Lupi were confused. Then, they heard screeches from the distance, and running footsteps.
"Oh god, their comming!" Sora said. "Who!?" Humphrey paniced. "INFECTED!" Sora screamed. The Lupi turned towards the entrance to the valley to see hundreds of infected running at them. The Lupi began to scatter but it was too late. The infected were soon feasted on their corpses and they too became one of them. "Oh shit... We need to go now!" Sora said. "Im not leaving my family!" Kate screamed. "Goddammit kate come on!" Humphrey cried. They ran through the forest, trying to find a quick escape. Humphrey looked back to see everyone he knew, running after him, wanting to infect. They eventually found sora's car and after they got in. "DRIVE DRIVE!" Kate screamed. Infected were pounding on the door. Sora floored it until the infected were out of site.
They drove in silence for a long time until Humphrey spoke up. "What the fuck was that?" "Its a virus... an infection." Sora said. Kate began sobbing. "Why didnt te tell us this before!?" Kate cried. "We could have saved them!" Sora then pulled over and glared at Kate. "Kate, I TOLD te we had to kill lilly, If te would have let me shoot her in the head, there would not have been an outbreak. When somone is bitten, they have at least 1 minuto before they become aggressive. Thats when te have to kill. Im sorry, its just how it is..." Sora explained. "Hes right kate." Humphrey added. "Guys its not your fault, I should have warned you." Sora said. "Hey, lets not figure out whose fault it was. This could make us heroes, fighting infected, saving lives. Hell, were like a new family." Humphrey said. Kate stopped crying and smiled. "Your right, lets kill those sons of bitches" Kate said. "Hell yeah team!" Sora cried.
