why is "Clannad" called clannad and same goes for "Bleach"?

But for Bleach, I heard it's because Ichigo's hairs is bleached in his hollow form (white, instead of orange). I also heard that Kubo-sensei loves the band Nirvana, and one of their albums is called Bleach xD
