KURO- oh no blood? weeeell Ouran Highschool Host Club is a pretty good romantic comedy.

Death Note(there's a little bit of blood in it in some parts, and the only scene where there's a "lot" of blood is the last episode, which I won't spoil.)
Soul Eater(Cept there's a bit più blood in this one... Not a large amount, though. Blood is usually used for comedy in this anime. Although it might not be so good because there's the whole Black Blood deal with Crona and Medusa getting speared multiple times and...)

FullMetal Alchemist(There's a bit of blood in this one, but it's really not that bad. All te have to do is skip past the part in episode two where Ed tries to revive his mom. That scene is pretty bloody. There's a bit more, but the plot is enough to overshadow the blood. Trust me.)

Hetalia! te can easily find the first two seasons English dubbed, season three just came out on DVD in English, and season four isn't out in English yet. The movie (Paint it, White!) is out in English, too. Each episode is only five minutes, but it's worth it!
And if you've seen that, then... Hmm... Angel Beats has some gore in it, but it's not that bad, though it's really sad.
o Sailor Moon. It's più towards younger children, but it's a good show. The last season isn't dubbed though.

Try Dragon Ball GT. It's really funny and has action No blood. Dragon Ball Z Kind of has blood but it's not gorey, But i still didnt want to recommend it in case te would get all, squirmish x3 OH And the people below are from Dragonball GT.

Well, I have seen some pretty good ones- like "Sister Princess", "Fruits Basket", Azumanga Daioh", "Chobits", "Kodocha", "Galaxy Angel", "Cardcaptor Sakura/Cardcaptors", "Sailor Moon","Lucky Star", and "The Mealncholy of Haruhi Suzumiya". te can try some of the titles I have mentioned.
