yes it is even if te say saya in it isn't a vampire ( even though she needs blood) that is what she fights an kills, it is considered a vampire series.

Soul Eater dosen't have Vampiri#From Dracula to Buffy... and all creatures of the night in between. but i think u would like it since u watched all those other animes ( Vampire Knight, ect.)
