Help me find this anime! Please!

So...I watched this AMV a while fa at a convention. I think it looked cool so I tried to look it up once I got home. BUT I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE!!! Even the AMV is nowhere to be found...

This is what I remember from it:
- There's a guy that fights with a giant screw. (o_o)
- A girl with an eyepatch.
- They were in a school building.
- There was something about a painting?
- The guy went all crazy in the end.

Gosh, this sounds weird. Anyway I hope someone knows the Anime I'm looking for. In any case, thank te for Leggere this!!

Aww, thank te so much for helping me! :D Altough I don't think it's Umineko, because the Anime I'm looking for doesn't play in the distant past (if te get what I mean... -_-;;) And I know it's not Another because I've watched that.
