It's really cute but... The expression is what it makes the drawing totally off.
Though yes, te might say that both of them were surprised and such but look at the background for god's sake! It's really romantic since they're cruising on a boat/ship/whatever te call it!
And te might even say "it was an accident" but I don't see it since the background's perfectly normal.
Here's my suggestion:
The boy should be closing his eyes with his brow furrowed as the girl remains surprised/shocked.
