Trying to remember the name of an Anime I watched forever ago. It was a horror/romance/love triangle.

From what i vaguely remember it was high school students, Amore triangle, the end is some gruesome murder scene. I think the girl went crazy? Does anyone know this anime?

While you're right that it fits those elements, I wouldn't call the ending a gruesome murder scene.
