hard to say since alice resisted her blood and she touched it and smelled it at the end of the 1st movie but bellas blood sings 4 edward as the book says so its hard to say if he could have resisted it as alice did especially on the 1st night he spent with bella but im sure if she started to bleed and he smelled it he would fight his instincts and lesve be4 he couldnt control it anymore ^_^

its weird..in the first film bella was bleeding so much and alice touched and smelled her blood but didnt loose control. but when bela got a paper cut and then cut her arm she could only stay in the room for a few secondi before she had to leave
Well i think he would've backed off becuz he doesn't wanna hurt her but then of course he would come back and tell her that he's sorry about how he behaved and that he couldn't control himself so yeah something like that
i thnk he wld have fought against his instincts 2 save her..........coz he wld not have wanted 2 hurt carlisle in any way even if he didn't like bella @ dat time.............he's not a monster in any way :)
