, TVLine has learned. The Emmy winner will join the drama’s Season 2 ensemble as the head of a secret division of the NSA that has been tracking the Jane Doe case from afar.

-esque anthology series — Panjabi was set to play the show’s central protagonist Kim Dempsey, described as “a force of nature cloaked in a professional demeanor.” ABC reportedly is planning to redevelop the pilot with an eye towards the 2017-18 season, although it’s unclear if Panjabi will remain attached.
