I think this spot and the majority of it's members have worked to ensure that when we talk about things we dislike about the series it's things we feel strongly about o have an actual point to make, not just mindless hating and that when we poke fun we try to keep an eye on the line between fun mockery and plain rudeness, even though that line can be debatable o hard to see. Still, there are some cases when I can see fan feeling left out, singled out o wanting out completely, and I don't like that. Part of the problem is something us antis can't really help with, which is that not many pros are posting things such as jokes, immagini o videos. That's not the kind of thing antis really have their hands on, and until the pros either find the actual content, o perhaps the courage to post that content secure in the knowledge we wont come over all 'angry mob' it's going to be hard for there to be a balance in things like the video o image sections. Just for the record, I and I'm sure many others, would not only be fine with seeing some pro jokes, but would actually like to. As long as, like we should, te ensure it's jokey not aggressive I'm happy to see it.

Another issue is one we can help with though. Making sure nobody forgets this is a community not a place for hate. I'm sure most of our members know this and try to watch it, this is just a reminder for everybody that while Twilight overload is easy for an anti to suffer from, especially at times when fan fever is high such as around movie releases, we do have threads specifically for venting and getting annoyance off your chest, and that's where the più angry o hate-y feelings belong. While airing grievances in the rest of the spot is cool, remember we do have Twilighters here and the main spot is for discussion, the angrier feelings (from either side) belong in the threads postato for those rants. As I said, most of us know this, I just felt it was worth saying.

So, here are just a few reasons it's good that this is a community spot, not a hate spot, and we're glad to have pros here too:

1. Knowing that there are sane Twilight fan is a relief. Since the più fanatic members of the fan base reached a point of such infamy that I've never seen connected to another group of fan it was easy to assume everyone who enjoyed the libri was the same. Now we have lots of CAT pages that mostra differently, and no anti can tell me they aren't at least slightly relieved to know that Leggere the libri does not automatically turn someone crazy.

2.They keep the spot interesting. As fun and helpful as it can be to get Twilight annoyance off our chests the thing I've always found most interesting about this spot is the debates. And if we were just a group full of antis there wouldn't be any. Nobody can enjoy only encountering people who agree with them, that way it would just be us going "Me no likey Twilight" followed da tons of variants of 'ditto'. ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

3. I can't think of a better way to phrase this one, but they humanise the series. This is related to the last point, and how the discussions here are interesting. I think encountering some of the nice fan means even the discussions we have that are purely anti go better, because trying to ensure te don't offend stops te from just saying 'this sucks' and forces te to carefully explain why te dislike something, meaning we put più thought into our own opinions and as a result, end up understanding them better. Even though this spot has raised my levels of respect for Twilight fan in general, I am as firmly anti as ever, and would say I now have a better understanding of why.

That's not all, but te guys are probably sick of my rambling at this point. Oh, and I'm totally serious about te pros adding some jokes too. You've got some catching up to do. I'll get te started. How about something in the area of us all calling Edward gay/girly because he sparkles when Angel (from BTVS) spent long enough learning to gel his hair that he learnt to do it perfectly without a reflection. Now that's girly, and as a Spike fan I can tell you, jokes in the Angel is gay area are golden!

Lately, I've heard and seen jokes and commenti about Edward being "pathetic" o "gay" because he was a 100 anno old virgin. I've written this articolo to state that I see no problem in him being a virgin. I feel that virginity is not something to poke fun at. It simply means that someone wants to save themselves for that special someone whom they are going to spend the rest of their life with. I myself am a virgin and plan to stay that way until I get married.

However, I am somewhat confused. If Edward has lived for 100 years and has yet to give himself to anyone, then why does he decide to have...

This is a short little rant, people.

I don't know about you, but one of my biggest pet peeves is when people spell my name wrong.

On Fanpop, I've gotten ranrea, renre, renray, ranraa, and many others. In real life, I've gotten Reagan, Regon, Regen, Reagen.... and people are always misspelling my last name (I'm not displaying that here.)

One thing I've noticed on fanpop (and many other fansites, as well) is that people often fail to spell Stephenie Meyer's name right. That's right: StephEnie, with an E right there. Not an 'a'. An 'e'.

Some people have completely butchered Meyer's name. Stephanie,...

Okay, so I just wrote an articolo called "Bella Swan: A Rant", and it seems a lot people liked it, which mad me glad! But I've deicided to write an articolo about Jacob Black, one of the most loved, yet hated characters in the twilight saga
--

Now, what I don't get is why so many people (Especially Edward lovers) hate the guy so much. Okay, yes, he can be selfish, but he was so kind and sweet in New Moon to Bella. He helped her when no one else could, and started to make her smile and laugh again. I really loved him in New Moon(more than Edward, that's for sure.) And to say I was ticked off when...

For people who were expecting this articolo to be earlier, really sorry about that! But I've been getting ready for school(WAH!), so...you get the point.

So, this article(as te can obviously see from the title) is about Stephanie Meyer. Oh yes, I'm pretty sure you've heard of her. The autore of the Twilight Saga and the Host, she's pretty much one of the most popolare writers at this point. Why?
I really don't know.
The lista of reasons

1)Her writing
Okay, even back when I was a mega fan of twilight(bows head in shame), I never liked the writing. Its just..not good. Hard to explain really. Now reading...
