Renarimae That picture of the bottle with the fly on the top and the blood in it is from a pregnancy horror film called Grace. What it's supposed to be about is that this woman's stillborn child, Grace, comes back to life and Grace pretty much smells odd, attracts flies, and has a thirst for blood. I didn't see the film and never will, but I looked it up on Wikipedia so that's how I know what it's about.
