What do te think of Belle?

Belle hasn't been always one of my preferito princesses. Well, she was my preferito princess for a long time, but that's just because I was obsessed with her movie. I didn't really care about her, though, I just loved the objects. When I decided to come to Fanpop, I was going to put Belle at the bottom of my preferito list, along with Ariel, because she was snobbish. But then I noticed Belle's intelectual elitism made me like her more, because I can relate to it. I kept noticing how much I in fact loved Belle and when I joined fanpop she was my preferito princess (Cinderella occupies this spot now).

Today I Amore Belle's compassion and selflessness. It was admirable of her to give her freedom for her father's. I like her quirky personality (her passion for libri and the fact that she walks while reading) and I can relate to her dreams of a più fullfilling life and having someone to understand her. I also relate to her nosiness and being unwilling to admit you're wrong. Belle develops and becomes less stubborn, più willing to admit she made a mistaked near the end. She is also sweet and ladylike, which I usually enjoy in a heroine (though I can like the tomboys just as much).

So, what's the reason that I Amore Belle so much? Is it because I relate to her? o is it just because of her personality? I don't know. There's just something so wonderful about this heroine.
